Returns & Refunds Policy

Kira Cards Co., Ltd. stands behind the authenticity and factory-sealed condition of every product we ship. This page explains when and how you can return an order.
Because trading cards are randomized and their value depends on the sealed factory state, returns are narrowly scoped. Please read this page before ordering.
Return window
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return for an eligible item. Requests made after 7 days are not accepted, except for genuine manufacturing defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Items that CAN be returned
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Defective item: factory-sealed product arriving damaged, wet, crushed, or with a broken manufacturer seal caused by us or in transit.
- Wrong item shipped: you received a product different from what you ordered.
- Transit damage: visible package or product damage at the moment of delivery, reported within 48 hours with photographs.
- Non-delivery: tracked shipment marked delivered but never received (carrier investigation required).
Items that CANNOT be returned
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Any opened booster pack, booster box, Elite Trainer Box, or sealed product. Once the factory seal is broken, the product is not returnable under any circumstances — trading-card randomness means opened product cannot be resold.
- Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC) unless the grading slab has been visibly tampered with.
- Individual singles once the protective sleeve has been removed or the card inspected outside its sleeve.
- Preorders, special orders, limited editions, and promotional items once fulfillment has begun.
- Gift cards, store credits, and digital items.
- Items damaged after delivery (bent, scratched, exposed to moisture or heat, mishandled).
- Products purchased from other sellers — we only accept returns for orders placed directly with Kira Cards.
Pull-rate disclaimer
Booster packs and booster boxes contain randomly inserted cards determined by the manufacturer's printing and insertion process. Not receiving a specific chase card, alternate art, ultra-rare, or secret-rare is NOT grounds for return or refund. This applies to every sealed product we sell.
How to request a return
- Email contact@kira-cards.com within 7 days of delivery with: your order number, photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label, and a description of the issue.
- We review the request within 3 business days.
- If eligible, we issue return instructions (and a return label if the return is at our cost).
- Ship the product back within 7 days of our approval, using a tracked carrier. Items lost in return transit without tracking evidence cannot be refunded.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Return shipping costs
- Our error (defective, wrong item, transit damage confirmed by carrier): Kira Cards pays return shipping.
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse: not eligible for return.
Restocking fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned accessories (binders, sleeves, deck boxes, supplies) received in resellable condition. Sealed TCG products are either fully refunded when eligible, or not returnable at all — no restocking fee applies to TCG product returns.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit or debit card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PromptPay: 3–7 business days.
- Store credit: instant, visible in your Kira Cards account.
The refund amount excludes the original shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item, we refund the incorrect item and you may place a new order at current pricing.
Damaged on arrival — what to do
- Do not refuse the delivery. Accept it and note the damage with the courier when possible.
- Take photographs within 1 hour of delivery: the outer box, inner packaging, and every damaged item.
- Email contact@kira-cards.com within 48 hours with photographs and your order number.
Failing to document damage within 48 hours voids the transit-damage claim.
Fraud prevention
Kira Cards reserves the right to refuse a return when:
- The returned product does not match the item we shipped (for example, card-swapping).
- The customer has a history of excessive returns or fraudulent claims.
- The request is made in bad faith or with inconsistent evidence.
- There is evidence of tampering with factory seals, grading slabs, or product weight.
Legal basis
This policy is consistent with Thailand's Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979), the Product Liability Act B.E. 2551 (2008), and the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545 (2002). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Thai law for products that are fundamentally defective or not as described.
